Lawrence brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a strong technical foundation in building surveying and a strategic approach to project delivery. His expertise spans commercial, education, industrial, and retail sectors, and he’s successfully led projects for high-profile clients including Homes England, University of Bristol, and Vita Student.

Having worked across both large multidisciplinary consultancies and specialist firms, Lawrence offers a well-rounded perspective on stakeholder engagement and project management methodologies — making him a fantastic addition to emesen.
