Senior Project Manager

Bonnie is an enthusiastic highly motivated Project Manager, with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. She began her career as an Engineering Surveyor, working across a wide variety of construction environments. This early technical grounding gave her a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, on?site operations, and the importance of clear communication and effective teamwork.

Bonnie has previously worked in the client side project management team for National Highways within the major projects sector, on the A303 Stonehenge Project. This role focused on liaison between the technical advisor team, multiple contractors and stakeholders. Bonnie joined Fulkers Bailey Russell in 2022 where she advanced her career as a Project Manager, contributing to a wide range of projects including a high-end multi-phased golf course development involving coordination of multiple contractors and client suppliers, the construction of a new welcome building and associated landscaping requiring detailed stakeholder management alongside refurbishment and fit out schemes for bespoke commercial office environments.

Bonnie is now a RICS qualified Chartered Project Management Surveyor and has delivered a range of construction projects throughout the pre-construction and construction phases. Her approachability combined with organisational and time management skills bring a strategic approach to project delivery and contract administration, enabling her to efficiently manage and coordinate multidisciplinary client, design and contractor teams throughout complex construction projects.
