Liam Pullen

Associate Director QS

Liam joins us as an Associate Director QS, with over 10 years' experience working within the construction industry. He began his career in 2015 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Capita, where he gained a strong foundation in cost management and project delivery before joining Fulkers Bailey Russell. During his nine years with the business, Liam progressed from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Associate Director, developing extensive experience across a wide range of sectors and project types.

Throughout his career, Liam has worked on a number of high-profile and technically challenging projects for clients such as University of Bath, UWE, Bath Spa University, Vectura, NHS, and Epic. Some of the key projects include Locksbrook Campus, Institute for Advanced Automotive Propulsion Systems, Vectura Inhalation Centre of Excellence, Glenside Relocation project, Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre, and Epic Long Ashton Campus. The projects he has worked on have provided him with valuable experience of pre and post contract work across multiple sectors.

Liam has extensive experience providing cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, cost control, risk management, and commercial leadership throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. He is recognised for his strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach enabling him to build lasting relationships with project teams and stakeholders. Liam is passionate about delivering value for clients and supporting the successful delivery of complex projects from inception through to completion.

Throughout much of his career, Liam has worked closely with Steve Milsom and Phill North, developing a strong professional and personal relationship. This long-standing working relationship has enabled them to consistently deliver successful outcomes for clients.
