Apprentice Cost Manager

Olivia joined the team in September 2026 as an Apprentice Cost Manager. With a longstanding interest in the construction industry, she gained valuable insight into the sector while at secondary school through work experience placements with architecture and construction firms across the country. These placements provided hands-on exposure to a variety of projects and site environments, while developing her understanding of surveying and the wider construction industry.

Alongside her role at emesen, Olivia is studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England. She is focused on building her technical knowledge and practical experience, with the long-term ambition of gaining RICS certification. As she develops her skills and expertise, Olivia will play an integral role within the emesen team, contributing to the successful delivery of exciting projects.
