Cost Manager

Tamara is a driven and enthusiastic Cost Manager with a strong foundation in procurement, contract, and cost management across a diverse range of building types and sectors. With ten years of experience spanning both pre- and post-contract stages, she brings a comprehensive and strategic approach to every project.

Her career began at a large multi-disciplinary consultancy, where she worked on a multi-billion-pound mixed-use development in Azerbaijan as a Procurement and Contracts Administration Assistant. She then progressed to Assistant Commercial Manager, working on a £42 million residential project in central London.

After five years in the role, Tamara joined Fulkers Bailey Russell, where she advanced her career as a Cost Manager. Over six years, she contributed to a wide range of projects, including the School of Management for the University of Bath, student accommodation and build-to-rent schemes with Watkin Jones, and various developments for clients such as Sky, Airbus, and the National Composite Centre.
