Apprentice Project Manager

Zach joined the team in September 2026 as an Apprentice Project Manager. During a gap year following college, he gained experience in the construction industry, where he developed strong communication and coordination skills. After a year working on site, Zach became passionate about project management, recognising it as an opportunity to apply the practical skills and knowledge he had acquired. His site-based experience has given him a valuable understanding of the fundamental elements involved in delivering a project from inception through to completion.

In conjunction with his role at emesen, Zach is undertaking a BSc in Construction Management at the University of the Built Environment. He continues to develop his technical knowledge and project management expertise while progressing towards RICS certification. As his professional capabilities evolve, Zach is expected to make a significant contribution to the emesen team and the successful delivery of its projects.
